Brown Sugar and Beer Salmon Steaks

ingredients

• 4 salmon steaks
• 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
• 1 (12 ounce) can beer
• 1 sliced onion (optional)

directions

1. Place salmon steaks in a glass dish.
2. Rub brown sugar on each salmon steak.
3. Place onion slices on top of salmon steaks.
4. Pour beer over all steaks.
5. Bake in a 325 degress oven till steaks are done.
