  • Boil the Brown rice (firm to bite, not soft).
  • then soak in Soy Sauce for at least 2 hours (the longer the better).
  • Add the spring onions, red pepper, onion, and roasted peanuts and sunflower seeds with the raiins mixed inches.
  • Whisk all the ingredients of the dressing with a fork in a cup or jug.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and stir well.
  • Enjoy!

Hi, I live in Wanganui, New Zealand! I'm a teenager and I enjoy being with my Family and friends, txting, sports, music...oh and food. thwelist goes on, it's much simpler to just say I love life! And i really don't like pink (!) A bit crazy and proud of it, I have fun experimenting in the kitchen, especially with herbs and little things like that.
