Thanks for posting this recipe - I needed the right amount of water and rice, and this got it for me! I generally also rince my rice, and then once it's at a simmer, turn the heat down so that it's at a low simmer - then don't peek until the 45 mins is up. Perfect rice every time! Thanks for posting!
