  1. This was super easy and good, but I found it to be excessively salty. When I make it again, I will definitely use unsalted butter and try to find a lower sodium soup/broth option. Also, I used brown rice and had to bake it for 1 1/2 hours.

  2. This is a definite keeper!! Was so flavorful and easy to make. I wasn't sure how DH would feel about it (hates mushrooms) but since they were big he could pick them out; he ate them and had seconds!! This is going to be a permanent side dish in our house!! Made for Fall 2009 PAC.

  3. Easy, quick, delicious!! We love this! Goes well with beef and pork! A keeper for sure!

  4. I do not know where she got the recipe, but my mother has been making this exact recipe all of my life and it is a family favorite! We have it at almost every family gathering, especially Thanksgiving and Christmas. When I make it, I only put in 1/4 c butter, otherwise I feel its too buttery. You can also cook it in the microwave, which only takes about 20 min.

  5. So easy and so amazingly good! My DH and I loved this---it's now a permanent recipe in our house!
