One of the greatest compliments you can give to a roasted vegetable. I used vegetable broth and had this over different colored roasted bell peppers.people found this review Helpful. Another 5 Star!! I served this with brussel sprouts. My husband said he didn't want any of that fancy stuff - he just wanted butter on his sprouts. Well - guess who ate all the sauce?
