My DS gave after she got if from Chef Paul's Fork in the Road, she tweaked and I tweaked hers. Also good on chicken breast.

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Sprinkle each side of fillet with 1/2 teaspoon of this mixture.
  3. Preheat skillet, preferably non-stick, over high heat.
  4. Drizzle olive oil in pan can use less.
  5. Cook 2-3 minutes on each side turn once.
  6. Also good on boneless chicken breast that can be cut up afterwards and used in a green salad.
  7. No picture yet, doesn't stay on plate long enough!

Everyone in the family (incl. all 4 kids) liked this! Super easy to make. Only thing I left out was black pepper b/c I was afraid it would be too peppery for kids.

I like marine biologicals too...on a plate with tartar sauce, fries, and hush puppies.

I have to say it didn't give the fish very much flavor bc a lot of it fell off in the process of cooking. I tried it on mushrooms as well as chicken and it was great on those!
