I love tuna melts and this recipe is no exception. Since the food manufacturers are now putting tuna into 5-ounce cans (instead of 6-1/2 oz), I cut the gherkins and onions to 1-1/2 tablespoons each and the mayo to 3 tablespoons. This was a very quick and easy recipe to make during my lunch hour today. Made for Spring 2010 Pick-A-Chef.

Not gourmet fare, but 5 stars for being exactly what it states (broiled tuna burger/melt) without anything scary. Sometimes simple is best, and this sandwich is just that! Thanks for sharing. ~Sue
