    Broiled Salmon With Tarragon Butter

    Ingredients:

    Directions:

      Preheat broiler.

      Melt butter with lemon juice in small saucepan over low heat.

      Remove from heat and add generous amount of pepper.
    4. 4
      Arrange salmon skin-side down on broiler proof pan.

      Brush with half of butter mixture.
    6. 6
      Season with salt.

      Broil without turning until just cooked through.
    8. 8
      Transfer to plates.
    9. 9
      Add tarragon to remaining butter.
    10. 10
      Spoon over salmon and serve.
