This was a fun and tasty breakfast. I toasted my bagel first, then added the toppings, then broiled. I did not use sugar since the pinepple is already sweet.

  1. Combine the sugar and cinnamon together in small bowl.
  2. Split the bagel.
  3. Spread each half of the bagel with 1 tbsp cream cheese, and top with pineapple slice.
  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  5. Broil 1 minute.
