What a way to jazz up a bagel! Makes a fast and healthy breakfast.
- 1 bagel
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 slice canned pineapple
- Combine the sugar and cinnamon together in small bowl.
- Split the bagel.
- Spread each half of the bagel with 1 tbsp cream cheese, and top with pineapple slice.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Broil 1 minute.
This was a fun and tasty breakfast. I toasted my bagel first, then added the toppings, then broiled. I did not use sugar since the pinepple is already sweet.
I loved this recipe! Great combination, and broiling the pineapple makes it soft and easier to eat!
