What a fantastically quick, easy and totally delicious dish! I was dubious about the marjoram and chilli fusion, but hey,it works really well. I used skinless chicken breast, brushed on the mixture and threw it into the George Foreman for a few minutes..served with a crisp green salad,Braised (Pilaf) Rice#289258 and a well chilled glass of wine,it completely rescued a bad day at work!! I'm keeping this one, thanks Teresa...I loved it!!

A nice simple dinner tonight, I think that nent time I will decrease the red pepper flakes. I will make again. Made for 1-2-3 hit wonders.

Instant flavor with ingredients always hanging out in the pantry. I was really surprised to see marjoram and pepper together but they do work rather well. Have to confess I was looking to shave a point so I skipped the butter/margarine and used just the olive oil. Glad to have this in my too busy to really cook arsenal. Thanks!

This is a very simple and easy recipe to put together. It has a bit of heat from the crushed red peppers flakes, but delicious all the same. Thanks for posting.
