I have to totally agree with others who have posted, this dish was absolutely delicious. My fiance' celebrated his 50th Birthday today so I wanted to cook him something healthy and delicious. He states "This is a keeper on the menu baby". Yummy, with Zero left over. I did not use Lemon Juice but did use Weber brand Grill Mate - Zesty Lemon Pepper seasoning just because my dude does not care for lemon flavor. But as stated NO complaints. Thanks for sharing. This was my 1st recipe tried from this sight can't wait to try others.

I made this tonight, (I have never cooked fish, Mind YOU!) And it was Wonderful. My husband who is from Michigan and grew up eating fish said it was the best fish he had ever eaten. I followed the recipe exactly and will, as requested be doing this again SOON! Thank You for Posting it!!!!

This was delicious! I'll definitely make it again. The best part was how easy and fast it was. Thanks!!!

Yummm...I used rainbow trout. Flavorful and easy to broil. Thanks!

Another 5 yums from us! I doubled the topping (used margarine, and did not double that) as we have a large family to cook for. Everyone loved it, including three teens! Thanks Kitten, we can always count on you!

This was amazing! The combination of flavours is in perfect proportion so that each one can be tasted but no one overshadows the others. The only thing I did differently is I didn't notice I should have used two pounds of fish, so I only used one. Which worked out well, because then I had more of the Parmesan mixture for each piece!

Loved this. I followed the recipe as written other then I didn't have any lemon juice. I also didn't use any salt. My fish was frozen so mine took a bit longer to broil. This is a great low carb meal.

Very nice. I broiled for 2 minutes at each turn (just 6 minutes total) and the fish cooked up nicely and looked great on the plate. The flavor was a little strong for my liking as made, but when I ate it with less of the topping it was delicious. I used the cheap parmesan cheese from a shaker which may have made a difference. Next time I will make it with some fresh grated parmesan which will likely give it less of a bite....
