Broiled Italian Tomato Halves

I received a lot of side dish recipes from our local store. So I'm posting the ones that sound good. Low fat, low cholesterol, low Carb and low sodium
Ingredients:

3 large
tomatoes
, halved and seeded
-
1 tablespoon
virgin olive oil
-
2 teaspoons
italian seasoning
-
1⁄3; cup
shredded
mozzarella cheese
Directions:

Place tomato halves on a greased broiler pan, cut-side up.

Combine olive oil and seasoning in a small bowl and brush evenly over tomatoes.

Broil about 6 inches from heat for 2 to 3 minutes.

Sprinkle each tomato half with about 1 tablespoon shredded mozzarella cheese.

Broil 1 to 2 minutes more until cheese is lightly browned.

Serve immediately.
