- 3⁄4 cup pasta sauce
- 4 ounces goat cheese (cut into 6 circles)
- 1 large pita bread, cut into 6 wedges

- Preheat broiler. Spray baking sheet with vegetable spray.
- Put the tomato sauce in an 8-inch ovenproof pan. Arrange the goat cheese circles overtop. Place the pita wedges on the prepared baking sheet and spray the wedges with vegetable spray. Broil both dishes for 3 minutes or just until the cheese and wedges begin to brown.
