- 2 cups fresh broccoli, chopped (cooked and chilled)
- 1⁄4 cup sour cream
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons onions, minced
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon chili powder (or more to taste)

- In a food processor or blender, combine the first six ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Refrigerate for several hours.
