  1. Heat butter and garlic in a heavy nonstick pan over medium high heat.
  2. Add mushrooms. Cook over medium high heat 2 minutes or until tender. Remove from pan, set aside.
  3. Add broccoli; stir fry 3 or 4 minutes until tender.
  4. Return mushrooms to pan, stir until heated through.
  5. Serve hot.

This recipe is good, but needs some seasoning. I missed the addition of even a little bit of salt. I would put the broccoli in before the mushrooms, and let the moisture from the mushrooms help steam the broccoli. Otherwise, it just gets brown. Made for Bargain Basement tag game. Thanks for sharing!
