  1. Place broccoli in boiling water and add salt. Cook until tender.
  2. For cheese sauce: In separate saucepan melt butter over low heat. Gradually stir in flour until smooth.
  3. While stirring constantly, add milk slowly. Stir until smooth. Add salt and cheese, stirring until cheese is melted. Don't overcook.
  4. Serve broccoli with cheese sauce on top.

Good base recipe, except it calls for too much salt. I would cut the salt in half and replace with onion and garlic powder.
