  1. Place broccoli in boiling water and add salt. Cook until tender.
  2. For cheese sauce: In separate saucepan melt butter over low heat. Gradually stir in flour until smooth.
  3. While stirring constantly, add milk slowly. Stir until smooth. Add salt and cheese, stirring until cheese is melted. Don't overcook.
  4. Serve broccoli with cheese sauce on top.

Super bland, watery, n might b a base for a better recipe

Made this but cut it in half... Some moderations, added garlic, onion and paprika powders to the mix with a peperjack/cheddar mix. Wasnt cheesy enough so added a bit more chedder. Husband and I both loved it but still had sauce left over... Ate it with pita points as a super yummy dip
