Well if your a vergetarian then this is for you its very good and not so many calories:) its good for a diet:)
- salt & pepper
- 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 2 cups cooked chopped broccoli
- 4 cups cooked wild rice
- Stir together all ingredients in a buttered baking dish.
- Bake in a 350-degree (F) oven for 20-30 minutes.
This is really good! However I did not use the cream cheese. I substituted fage Greek yogurt zero percent fat and just a little bit of Parmesan cheese instead of it. And the cooking time is way off. This took me 30 mins to prep.
