Did like Bergie suggested (steamed it first) and it was absolutely good. So easy and fast to make. I didnâ€™t have 1lb of broccoli so I only used 1 egg white and 1 cup of mayonnaise.
At this time I cannot award stars because I made 2 mistakes - I was rushinbg. Firstly I did not beat the eggwhite stiff enough and secondly I mixed the cheese in with the mayo/eggwhite. However it still turned out, lovely presentation. The other suggestion I would make is to steam the broccoli for about 3 minutes before baking especially if there are any stems as they were a bit chewy not crunchy. I have no doubt that this warrants 5 stars and when I correct my errors I'll review it again Thanks Lamanda for a new way to cook broccoli
