I didn't have time for the baked version, so I nuked the broccoli for about 2 1/2 minutes, took it out and mixed the sauce without the egg. I put the sauce in and nuked it for about 4 minutes. Mixed the broccoli with the sauce and served it. Really good! And it doesn't heat up the kitchen from the oven.
