A new take on broccoli salad . . . cranberries and flax seeds.
- 8 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup bacon bits
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1⁄4 cup flax seed
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup Splenda granular
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- Combine broccoli, onion, bacon, cranberries and flax seeds in large bowl.
- Mix mayonnaise, Splenda and vinegar.
- Pour over broccoli mixture, and stir well.
- Refrigerate a few hours for flavors to meld.
