      Excellent Salad!!!...I add about 1/2c sunflower seeds to mine. Very Yummy! (I have also heard of adding raisins, but I don't like them)

      Wonderful flavor, and totally addicting! I had this at a small-town dinner theatre, and rushed home to Zaar to see if I could find the recipe - here it is. Tried it and it is a perfect match. The way they prepared it at the dinner theatre was to pulse broccoli florettes in the food processor so that they are ground fine. I also pulsed the onion. I used shredded Fontina cheese (may Parmesan or Swiss instead), packaged real bacon bits and light mayonnaise for the dressing. I let the flavors blend all night in the fridge before serving. Hubby doesn't usually like broccoli, but he loved this! Thank you so much for posting this.

      Yummy, great recipe, the only changes I made were to add sun flower seeds and raisins. Even better tasting the 2nd day
