This is not a low cal recipe.... But what a great way to eat those veggies!!
- 1 head broccoli, chopped
- 1⁄2 medium red onion, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup chopped celery
- 4 slices bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
- 1⁄2 cup salad dressing
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- Mix first five ingredients.
- Make dressing and pour over salad.
- Mix well.
I've become addicted to this salad! I used broccoli and cauliflower, bacon bits and red wine vinegar. Thanks so much for posting!
