Broccoli Salad

This is a great salad to have as a side dish with any meal or even as a meal itself. Perfect for those hot summer months.
Directions:

In a large bowl combine broccoli florets, crumbled bacon, raisins, cheddar cheese, cherry tomatoes, and sunflower seeds.

In a separate medium size bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Mix thoroughly until well combined.

Pour dressing over broccoli and other ingredients. Mix well until all items are well covered with dressing.
4
Chill in refrigerator for atleast 4 hours.

This recipe was great. I used cranberries instead of raisins which added a delicious flavor! Can't wait to make this one again!!

Oh so yummy! I used veggie bacon and halved the recipe. Enjoyed it very much! Just the right amount of sweetness for me. I actually did make a little more dressing. Thanks! Made for New Kids on the Block game.
