"I made this for our monthly office potluck today and it was well received. The ingredients were a perfect balance of sweet and savory for my tastes."

ingredients

• 1 bunch broccoli, cut up and soaked in cold water for 2 hours
• 118.29 ml raisins
• 3 slice bacon, fried and crumbled
• 4 sliced spring onions
• 236.59 ml chopped pecans
• 118.29 ml grated cheddar cheese
• 236.59 ml mayonnaise
• 78.78 ml sugar
• 9.85 ml cider vinegar

directions

1. Mix mayo, sugar and vinegar to make dressing. Toss other ingredients together, add dressing and mix.
