Wonderful!!! The whole family loves this one. I did only make a couple of changes. I added craisins instead of golden raisins and added red seedless grapes sliced in half!!! The dressing is so simple and yet tastes complex with all other ingredients together!!! Thank you for posting this one!! Definately a keeper for me!!

This is my favorite salad in the entire world. There's just something about the creamy/crunchy/sweet thing going on that makes this addictive. I usually leave out the sunflower seeds and occassionally add chopped pecans to this. Sooooooo good.

This salad is terrific and if you use Splenda instead of sugar, you can have it on a low carb diet. It satisfies because its a lot to chew! Thank you, thank you!!

Dojemi, FANTASTIC!!! I read a few others and they required too much prep time. I subsituted the sugar with honey and add 1 cup of Cajun Trail Mix; and did really good to wait an hour before serving. Thanks again! Justmez2

This is DH and DFIL's favorite salad. I made this for them before they left out of town for a work trip and they called me that night to say it was wonderful....lol. Its a good thing i didn't send it all with them cuz the kids and I love it too. I used the vinegar in the dressing and it gives it that something extra....yummy. Thank you for helping me score brownie points with FIL....hee heee.....STephanie

Wonderful salad! I have searched through the many versions of this here on Zaar and found yours has the balance of sweet and sour in the dressing ingredients that my family prefers. This one will go into my TNT salad cookbook to pass on to my children. Thanks dojemi!

Delicious! I omit the the raisins and sunflower seeds and include 1 cup cubed cheddar cheese. Great side dish we enjoy frequently during the summer.

I followed this recipe to the tee, using 1 1/2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar (and ommitting the mustard). Everyone RAVED about it! I served it to a group of about 20 as a side dish and had plenty, but very little for left overs. Try taking a peeler to the stalks of the broccoli to get a little more use - you'll be surprised at how tender the stalks are without that top layer.

I have had nothing but compliments every time that I've made this salad. I, too, have substituted Splenda for the sugar. I have also used Hellman's Light mayo. I didn't have sunflower seeds once & substituted sliced almonds. I now use the almonds instead.
