Great to bring to a potluck dinner or picnic
- 1 large head broccoli, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup sunflower seeds, shelled
- 1⁄2 cup raisins
- 1⁄2 lb bacon, cooked and crushed
- 1⁄2 cup red onion
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- Place first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, mix the dressing in a small bowl, then add to the ingredients in the large bowl.
I really enjoyed this delicious salad. I substituted craisins for a holiday touch. The leftovers kept well in the fridge.
