1/2 Photos of Broccoli Salad
Broccoli, red grapes, bacon and almonds. With a hint of curry. One of my favorite salads.
My Private Note
Units: US | Metric
- 4 -5 cups broccoli (florets broken into small pieces)
- 2 cups grapes (red, seedless and cut in half)
- 1/2 lb bacon (fried crispy and broken up)
- 1/2 cup almonds (slivered)
- 1In bowl add broccoli, grapes, crisp bacon and slivered almonds. Toss.
- 2In another bowl add dressing ingredients. Mix well.
- 3When ready to serve combined salad and dressing, Mix well.
