    Sky Hostess's Note:

    Wandering around Trader Joe's one day I found them sampling this delicious Broccoli Salad. I make it all the time now. Everytime I make it everyone just raves about the flavor, especially my husband. He would ask for it everyday if I would make it that often. The original recipe calls for 1 package of Prosciutto but we have always omitted that.

    Directions:

      Toss all ingredients.

      Mix dressing ingredients and pour on top of salad. Mix well.

      This was a little different than other I've tried, so I thought it was nice change. I did add the Prosciutto though because I had some on hand.

      This is truly the best recipe I have found for broccoli, or any vegetable salad. I substituted Splenda for the sugar and used light mayonnaise and it was still delicious. It is now one of the most requested recipes in our home. Thanks Sky Hostess for a great recipe.

      This was a big hit at our office pot luck this week. I substituted light mayonnaise and used Splenda instead of sugar and you couldn't tell the difference. This is so healthy, you can eat lots without feeling guilty! Thanks for posting.
