I got this brocolli salad recipe from my aunt.(not sure where she got it). I did not think it sounded all that good until i tasted it. OMG yummy!!!!
- 4 cups cut up fresh broccoli
- 1⁄2 cup peanuts
- 1⁄2 cup raisins
- 1⁄2 cup red onion
- 6 -8 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup sugar or 1⁄2 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- pour dressing over salad and mix very well put in fridge to chill. Serve cold.
It was fairly easy to make and was received well. I left out the peanuts, because of peanut allergies.
Fast, Easy and Yummy. Probably my favorite way to eat broccoli. Kelly
