  • Cook broccoli in boiling water for 5 minutes. Using slotted spoon, transfer to food processor.
  • Add basil, garlic, salt and pepper and puree until smooth.
  • With processor running, stream in olive oil until well combined.
  • Stir in parmesan cheese.
