    Ingredients:

    Serves: 12

    Yield:

    roll-ups

    Units: US | Metric

    Directions:

    1. 1
      Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain.
    2. 2
      In a bowl, combine soup, bread crumbs, cheese, onion, pimientos and seasoning.
    3. 3
      Add broccoli; mix well.
    4. 4
      Spoon 1/4 cup onto each ham slice.
    5. 5
      Roll up and place in an ungreased 13x9x2 baking dish.

      Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until heated through.

      I've made these twice now, and I just can't seem to get it right. I may not be getting the right kind of ham, because once they didn't hold together (maybe too thin?) and once I couldn't roll easily (too think?). They turned out too dry and just didn't work for me. Sorry!
