Directions

  1. Pre head oven to 350 F.
  2. Combine Dressing, broccoli, pimentos, parmesan cheese and 1/2 c of the mozzarella cheese.
  3. Spread into a 9-inch pie plate, or 1-qt baking dish.
  4. Back 20-25 min, or untill heated through.
  5. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup of Mozzarella cheese. Continue to cook for 5 min or until cheese is melted.
  6. Serve with crackers. May also be good with Celery or other verggies.
