I made this today to take to my sister's house for easter dinner. Everyone loved it. I did find though that 3 heads of broccoli was too much. I only used 2. Otherwise I felt it would have been too dry. I will certainly make this again. Thanks
- 3 heads broccoli
- 1 lb cheddar cheese
- 1 -2 can cream of mushroom soup or 1 -2 can cream of potato soup
- 1 can French-fried onions

- place small amount of grated cheese on bottom of 9/13 pan cut up broccoli into small pieces then spread on top of cheese, then add soup spread it out add more cheese spread that out also then add onions.
- put in oven at 350 for about one hour or until its bubbley take out and let it set for 15min.
- then eat.
