- 2 (481.94 g) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 236.59 ml butter, melted
- 236.59 ml cottage cheese
- 4 eggs
- 59.14 ml frozen chopped onion
- 283.49 g package of chopped broccoli, cooked, drained
directions
- Mix muffin mix and melted butter together and set aside.
- Mix remaining ingredients and add butter mixture.
- Bake in greased 9x13 pan for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees or until center is set and top is golden brown.
