  1. Cut chicken into cubes.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet.
  3. Cook chicken and onion until chicken is browned and onion is tender.
  4. Stir in soup, milk and sherry.
  5. Add mushrooms, broccoli and cheese.
  6. Reduce heat to low.
  7. Cover skillet and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Serve over hot noodles or rice.
