      This soup is so easy and very tasty! The only flaw with it is that it only makes two servings! Luckily, it's easily doubled...I used Velveeta cheese instead of the cheese whiz because that's what I had on hand and I added closer to 3 cups of milk because my soup was getting really thick. I also threw in some chopped fresh spinach at the very end because I had some on hand. Great recipe, thanks for sharing! Made for PAC Spring 2010.

      I quadrupled the recipe and used velveeta cheese and cheddar cheese. I also used half and half and whipping cream instead of milk. The soup was delicious. I used four cups of broccoli but it could stand about another 1 or 2 cups since it is mashed before putting in the liquid. Very easy recipe. I will definitely make again.

      This was excellent soup! Very quick, easy, and delicious. Thank you for sharing, grammabobbie. I will be making this often and have stored it in my "keepers" file. I didn't change a thing.
