  1. So very easy and a nice, delicious salad. The dressing had that great combination of creamy texture but zesty flavor and a little sweet. I used real bacon that I fried, drained, and crumbled. Excellent flavor and my family enjoyed it. Thanks Inez.

  2. YUM-YUM! What a great tasting salad and so simple to throw together. I made this over the weekend for a dinner party and it was a big hit with everyone. Will definetly make this again and again! Thanks for sharing a great recipe!

  3. Yummy, yummy, yummy! This only took a very few minutes to throw together and was delicious. I substituted tarragon vinegar for the apple cider vinegar (although I did have apple cider vinegar on hand) because I had a new bottle that I wanted to try. It worked out great! Everyone raved about how good it was and it had only sat in the fridge for about 10 minutes before serving. I waited a couple days to review because I wanted to see how the flavors would meld...they did nothing less than improve over those two days! I finished the salad off myself yesterday afternoon for lunch. Thank you for sharing another winner Inez!

  4. Thanks for this great recipe! This salad looks so delicious! I did use the bacon bits which really added to the flavour of the salad. Instead of the mozzarella, I used 1 cup total of the diced cheddar. Everyone enjoyed this salad and there were no leftovers! I will make this one again!

  5. Delicious! Nice combo of sweet and tangy and crunchy. I used all cheddar and I shredded it instead of dicing it. I also used white vinegar (all I had) and I added a dash of pepper. Wonderful flavor! Thank you!

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
