I found this in some cookbook, but I've omitted quite a few things to suit my likes. Omitted is some Ham, Water Chestnuts, Celery, Paprika, and Pepper. Amount of servings really depends on if you eat this as a meal or side dish.
- Throw everything in the crock pot, stir to coat everything. Cook on high for 2-3 hours or until broccoli & rice is done to your liking.
