This is an excellent salad! I had broccoli and cauliflower and wanted something different than steamed vegetables so I decided to try this. The combination of cheese, bacon (I also used bacon bits), and the dressing, along with the vegetables) was right-on. I also used only half the recommended sugar as we don't care too much for sweet dressings. This was real easy to make, keeps well, and goes great with any barbecued meat. The simple dressing is so good my husband wants me to try it on macaroni salad next. I think this would also be good with maybe 4 or 5 chopped hard-boiled eggs. Thanks Missy for another great recipe!

This salad is great. When I make it I add seedless green grapes and sunflower seeds. They add great color and crunch.

This is absolutely fantastic!! I normally don't go for "sweet" salads but the combo was perfect. I didn't change a thing except that I used a bottle of Oscar Myer real bacon pieces instead of cooking my own. They worked just fine! Can't wait to make this for the first barbecue of the season. Thanks Missy!

So simple and so good! My family, ranging in age from 2 years to 17 years, gobbles it down every time I make it. I love to see that broccoli going into their belly's! Definitely a keeper- thanks for sharing :-)

Great tasting and very easy. Followed recipe except reduced sugar and might try adding red onion next time.

UNBELIEVABLE!!! Needed a different kind of salad and I decided to try it. AMAZING. My family couldn't wait and ate it all before dinner - needless to say I had one nibble. I followed the directions exactly as outlined. VERY EASY and I had everything the recipe called for. EXCELLENT RECIPE - THANKS MISSY.

Very good. Just like the very salad of this kind that I fell in love with years ago. Thank you.

I followed the recipe as written and added seedless green grapes as another reviewer suggested. My family didn't like the taste of the dressing. I will make this again (leaving out the dressing) because I like having a different type of salad to serve. I'll probably just use ranch dressing with it.

This was yummy and easy to prepare. I needed a new summer salad to go with all the grilling we do. Thanks

Excellent salad. I did change it a little by using light Miracle Whip. It makes the dressing a little sweeter. I also used low fat cheddar cheese.
