Pretty good I will be making this again.
I've made this twice now, once with just cauliflower the other time with both, it was a big hit both times. I made full fat version because thats what we like. Will definitely make again.
Wow! Today is Thanksgiving and I had to bring a veggie dish (among other things). We've never done a broccoli dish before, so I made this. We haven't had dinner yet, but I just had to try it before serving it. I LOVE IT! This is by far the best broccoli I've ever had! It's sure to be a hit! Thanks for posting-it'll be a quick "regular" at our Thanksgiving table!
I made this for dinner last night and it was a big hit. I halved the recipe and it made about 4 servings. I steamed the vegetables for 6 minutes as indicated, but feel that was too long as the vegetables were somewhat overdone...but sill delicious. I didn't have cheddar or parmesan on hand, so I used gruyere and romano. I will definitely be making this dish again and again.
delicious and very filling, I did the full fat version and used only broccoli, also I omited the bread crumb topping and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese, will make this again, it's very good, thanks for sharing hon!...Kitten:)
Oh boy was this good!! I made it as is except for the mayo, I just used about 1/4 cup of no fat mayo. The combination of flavours is just fantastic. This will make a great veggie side for company! Thanks for posting!
Made this for dinner tonite. I was happy to I halfed the recipe as I was just using leftover veggies from a vegetable tray. I also used the full-fat version because that is all I had on hand. Absolutely fantastic - Thanks for a great recipe!
