Delicious! I made this for Thanksgiving and it was a huge hit. I followed the recipe exactly, don't think I would change a thing. I will definitely be making again.

Used this at Easter (again) and my familiy LOVED it. I replaced the chiles with a small jar of pimentos instead and it was delicious! Again I used "light" cheese and sour cream to help reduce the calories. This recipe is now a family favourite we will use for years!

This is nicely zippy! I used fresh chiles, added bell pepper, and replaced the sour cream with hung curd. I couldn't find stuffing mix so I used cheese + crispy onions for topping, as suggested by someone else. This is the only way I like cooked cauliflower.

Good golly this was good! I wish that I could give it more than 5 stars. I didn't use the stuffing mix,I used more cheese and French's fried onions. The leftovers made for a good breakfast also. Thanks...this was just delicious!

We certainly enjoyed his vegetable dish! We particularly liked the green chilies in it and the stuffing as the topping. Easy and delcious....you just can't beat that combination. Thanks Shelbyrose.
