    there are a lot of different versions of broccoli casserole, this one is our favorite.

    Ingredients:

    Servings:

    • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli
    • 1 small onion, chopped
    • 1/4 cup butter
    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1/2 cup crushed Ritz cracker
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
    • salt and pepper

    topping

    • 1/2 cup crushed Ritz cracker
    • 1 tablespoon butter, melted

    Directions:

    1. 1
      preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. 2
      cook broccoli until limp, about 10 minutes on the stovetop.
    3. 3
      remove from heat;drain.
    4. 4
      saute onion in butter and add to the broccoli.
    5. 5
      add all remaining ingredients;mix well.
    6. 6
      pour mixture into a casserole dish.
    7. 7
      for topping, combine crackers and melted butter;sprinkle on top of casserole.
    8. 8
      bake for 20-25 minutes.

      This casserole was sooooo good!!!! Very easy to make in a hurry. I used Garlic Buttery Ritz crackers. I really enjoyed this recipe, I am definately making this again!!!!! Thanks Bratty for sharing the super recipe!!

      This is great! Easy to prepare and very flavorful. We love broccoli and love finding new ways to make it. The Ritz crackers made a wonderful topping. Thanks for sharing this. :-)
