  • Thaw broccoli in warm water, then drain.
  • Melt 1 stick of butter, with the velveeta cheese.
  • Mix broccoli into the melted cheese and butter. Then put mixture into a non-stick 8x8 casserole dish.
  • Crush the crackers, and sprinkle over the top of the mixture.
  • Melt the last stick of butter and pour over the dish.
  • Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
