  1. Mix everything but eggs, oil and breadcrumbs in a bowl and chill one hour.
  2. roll into walnut sized balls.
  3. roll balls in egg and then in breadcrumbs.
  4. fry in oil til golden brown about 3 minutes.
  5. drain on paper towels.
