Broccoli and Rock Shimp Penne Salad

I like to serve this salad warm.


  1. In a large pot fill with water and salt bring to a rolling boil.
  2. Add in the penne and cook until the penne are al dente and pour into a colander to drain. Pour into a large bowl and cover. Repeat his step with the broccoli.
  3. Combine all of the ingredients add salt to taste.
