  • Saute garlic in the oil.
  • Then add orange juice and/or water and bring to boil.
  • Add scallions, broccoli, salt and chili sauce, cook for about 5-10 minutes.
  • Add couscous.
  • Cook for about 5 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed.
