Broccoli and Chicken Casserole
- 2 lbs cooked broccoli
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese
- 6 cooked chicken breasts, cubed
- 8 ounces sour cream
- Layer chicken and broccoli in a 9x13 dish. Mix soup and sour cream and spread over chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over top and bake at 350 for 20 minutes Serve over rice if desired.
