This recipe is very good comfort food and tastes delicious. Not very good if you are trying to loose weight. It is very good with some bread mostly crusty bread to dip in. Also works well with cauliflower same prep and ingredients just with cauliflower.The main idea is tastes good and is easy to make.
- 1. steam broccoli/cauliflower about 1/2 hour.
- 2. while broccoli/cauliflower is steaming mix milk and cheese and heat in a saucepan for about 20 min keep warm while broccoli/cauliflower is steaming.
- 3 combine ingredients add a little salt and serve.
