I liked that this wasn't loaded with a lot of fat. A homemade Italian dressing was used and I do think I will try making this again and using fresh tarragon. Made for PAC Spring 2012.
- 1 cup broccoli floret
- 1 cup cauliflower floret
- 2 tablespoons low-fat Italian salad dressing
- 1 teaspoon tarragon

- In a bowl add broccoli, cauliflower, Italian Dressing, tarragon, and pepper. Mix well and let sit in refrigerator for at least one-half hour. The special ingredient which is the Italian Dressing mixesand coats well with this dish. The tarragon gives it a sweet taste.
