    Directions:

      Cook broccoli until tender Drain.

      While broccoli is cooking fry bacon till crisp, drain and crumble.

      Cook onion in drippings until wilted; stir in bread crumbs.
    4. 4
      Place broccoli on platter sprinkle with bacon onion and crumbs.

      A wonderful and unique way to serve broccoli. I used 1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers in place of the bread crumbs. The bacon, green onion and crumb topping was sensational. Thank you fluffy, I will add this to my list of keepers!

      This was really, really good! I served it with mashed potatoes as another side dish and, since I make them with sour cream, the pairing almost reminded me of a "loaded" baked potato. I know I'll be making this again.

      Oh, 'zaar, 'zaar, how wonderful you are! This is just what I was looking for to use up some leftover cooked broccoli in my fridge. This was easy, different, and my kids gobbled it up. You're wonderful, too, Fluffy, for posting this! Thanks!
